SPRM- DO NEED AMENDMENT!

As to refer to my previous posts in this blog. The World of Malaysia, keep changing and evolved everyday with a mixture of politics, and the capabilities of a learned person to keep on introducing a methodology to get involved or to conduct an act or an action of a deeds.

As shown by latest breaking news of a political party ( It doesn't mean that others do not engaged or do practice the said deeds ).

Here, I would like to suggest to SPRM , as if the said Institution can take up an initiative or any pre-emptive measures to get the approval to amend or to add a new clause to the Section 3 "Tafsiran":

" Any person or individual with a Malaysian citizenship can be exempted from any action or investigation by the SPRM, with regards to the said offences stipulated in the SPRM Act 2008, if :

1. A person is a registered member of any Institution, or Organization, or Company that has been recognized by Malaysia ; which did have their own Internal Body to investigate and take any action ( Do have their own Administrative Laws and Procedures ), which the said body can make a decision to take an action against the said offenders, regarding any offences as stipulated in the SPRM Act 2008."

 

I suggested this proposal of amendments or adds is to be sure that the true justice can be practices widely. So that any preventive and annihilation actions, do can be practices in a truth , just , transparent , and a responsibility manner.

 

No more talks and presumptions that Malaysia has the Just Actions and Justice System practice. No More Slogan "Catch the mice and released the Tiger"

 

And there will be no more talks and presumptions that Malaysia always have the tendency to practice a conspirators at any corners they find, or put up a strategy to hide something for the benefit of something, or a diplomatic and tolerance methodology to achieved something better ( The truth : It's a Mask used to hide the rightful truth ).

ETHICS! DO WE NEED A NEW ONE?

This a translated post that has been published in this blog on the 22 November 2008. Title : " ETIKA, TIDAK PERLU YANG BARU".

And now we started to hear the beating drums all over the air, suggesting that a new ethics should be imposed on all the bloggers from Malaysia. Bloggers seems to write their blogs without any fact and figure, because mostly all bloggers are not a known journalist, and never had gone through any basic training in Journalism. And the need to such act due to a statement passed by somebody, recently. This fellow really does worry that the bloggers might easily influence and manipulated the people (sort of a indoctrinations).

This is my respond to the said statements :

I would like to ask the communities to have their check list on the board, before swallowing everything from a blogger:

1. Do have the time to really identify and know the blogger;
2. Cautiously! Have the understanding to identified the religion preach by the said blogger; how and what he/she practice the said religion. Is there any taunted attitude , that made him/she kept repeating the same sinful act, and he/she always cherished the said manner. And Only ISLAM is divine and truth (The right paths).
3. Find out where does the blogger want to take you on all the blog that he/she has posted, A word of advises; " A true is always the truth, It's doesn't matter how he/she wrote and present it. It's all not about whether the bloggers did achieve to present the correct facts, it's always will come back to the level of a perception and a knowledge base on a reader/surfer.
4. Do have the understanding that every seconds of a Muslims journey in life, they always have to abide by the responsibility and should always have the accountability attitude to ALLAH s.w.t. They can't run away or escaped from the day of the judgments.
5. Remember! Only ALLAH has the power. And ALLAH has determine and specify the role and responsibility of a said individual (Servant). A person has to undergo a trials ( precisely made ), before ALLAH called them back home, for a final judgments.

Bloggers do not need a new ethics. Islam has already set the ethics to all human beings.

Do make sure, which category are you in?

1. Kufur ( A person who against the instruction of ALLAH )
2. Munafiq (whom do believe Islam, but act otherwise )
3. Fasik, (A person who's always does a common wrongdoing )or the
4. Faithful.

And do remember, every human are borne in a natural tendency towards Islam. Where and When he/she came back to Islam, depends on the factors, below:

1. ALLAH Guidance
2. ALLAH blessing
3. Parents
4. Knowledge
5. His or Her surrounding
6. Communities that he or she molded and befriended with.

Repent, Meditate, kneel and bow your head, asking the forgiveness and the grace from ALLAH that governed everything.

Only ALLAH knows.
