PARLIAMENT LIVE TELECAST- THE EFFECTIVENESS?

This is the translated copy of the said post in this bolg, published recently.

Alhamdullilah, The need to have a live telecast Parliament by the government is greatly appreciated by the people. The people hope to see their representatives in action rather than the act of believing something with nothing, from all the promises made during their campaigns during the election day. The people also hoped that the telecast will also covered the " Dewan Negara". The elected Senators is well known, for their stamp pad rollers.

Congratulations to the Office of the Minister of Information on the extra ½ hours on the proposed telecast.

But sadly, the said telecast is not to the expectation of the people, and never at any time do had achieves the goals. The time allocated is not used to the benefit of the people. As this, we can termed it as the shallow and the barrens of a ????. The producer ( the man behind it ) should have in mind, that all the allocated time should be use to the fullest.

The comments segment by the invited guests ( The Professional ), is a no need segment. Let the people have their views and perception or whatever it is during the said telecast.

The Minister or the office, should always have in mind, to deliver the telecast more presentable, rather than having it as a half baked cookies. Where the time allocated, not to be hijacked by other add in, just to make it short and sabotaged the said telecast.

The Commentary Segments should in a different time and program. It better and much more intelligent. We can call it as " A Commentary from Parliaments ".

I really like to suggest that the said telecast should be prolonged (till the end of the said conference ). The idea of wasting time, doesn't arise. All the budget, did come from the people's wallet. The office should always have in mind to uses the people money, wisely. If the office do have all the expertise's and the quality innovations, finding sponsors is never a mountains to climb.

 

The role and functions of the host should be limited to a opening and closing speech of the said telecast. The Host does not have to give up a drag, repeat, and a irrelevant comments. Just a Short and Simple comment.

The Office also has to be innovative from time to time ( Session to Session ), for example, the need to have The so called "Conference's Guide Books" as shown by one the member of Parliaments; to be publish on the net or whatever means of medium, as to give the people the access, if they come to a unclear situations regarding the said telecast conference.

If the said office, do finally have a sponsored time. By all means, please do make sure that the time allocated, not to be filled with all the sponsored agenda. The sponsors agenda should be relocated to the other programs or to a different channels ( Prime time ).

 

 

 

SPRM- KE HADAPAN ATAU KE BELAKANG?

Kini berita sensasi, minggu ini. Oh..Silap!, mungkin berita yang bakal mengundang kontroversi.

Sidang media yang diadakan oleh seorang pegawai kanan SPRM pada 20/2/2009, yang disiarkan oleh sebuah stesyen swasta, cukup mengusarkan saya, akan kemana kah arah tuju SPRM sebenarnya.

SPRM menyatakan bahawa terdapat keterangan-keterangan keatas seorang Menteri Besar, berkaitan dengan Salahguna Kuasa. Kertas Siasatan kes yang berkaitan telah dirujuk ke Pejabat Peguam Negara untuk mendapatkan ???, kerana ia melibatkan seorang VIP.

Persoalannya :

1. Seingat saya, Penubuhan SuruhanJaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia, adalah bersifat bebas dari sebarang kawalselia yang mempunyai hubungan terus dengan kerajaan sedia ada. Oleh itu Jabatan Pendakwaan yang dikawalselia oleh Seorang Penolong Kanan Pendakwa Raya diujudkan, bagi menangani segala pemasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pendakwaan.
2. Dengan sikap yang sedia ada ( Masih hendak merujuk kes untuk pendakwaan ), memperlihatkan SPRM masih tidak lagi bebas, seperti yang diuar-uarkan; dan seperti yang diharapkan oleh rakyat.
3. Dimanakah komitmen SPRM terhadap hasrat rakyat yang ingin melihat ia benar-benar tidak terikat lagi.
4. Kemanakah Matlamat dan Arahtuju SPRM, sebenarnya?
5. Apakah SPRM tiada sebarang kekuatan, dan telah menjadi terlalu lemah untuk menjadi berani?

 

Kalau ini yang cuba diperlihatkan oleh SPRM, sebelum ini cukup gah dengan kenyataan-kenyataan bahawa BPR akan sanggup merintangi segala cabaran setelah ia ditauliahkan sebagai sebuah SuruhanJaya ( Yang benar-benar bebas dalam setiap peringkat perlaksanaan pentadbiran dan operasi nya ).

 

Telah nampak bibit-bibit ketidakupayaan SPRM untuk melaksanakan amanah yang diberikan. Masyarakat Malaysia perlu mendesak SPRM, agar lebih bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan peranan nya. Kalau ketidakupayaan nya disebabkan oleh sebahagian Pegawai Kanan nya yang tidak mempunyai kekuatan mental dan jatidiri, maka adalah wajar pertukaran dan perubahan atau perlantikan baru perlu dilaksanakan dengan segera.

 

Saya tidak nampak sebarang alasan untuk SPRM untuk tidak melaksanakan tanggungjawab nya menjalankan pendakwaan melalui jabatan pendakawaan nya, jika keterangan-keterangan yang diperlukan telah mencukupi.

 

SPRM tidak perlu risau atau takut, untuk menjalankan pendakwaan tersebut. Jangan tunggu dakwa lah, atau jangan menganiaya sesiapa pun.

 

SPRM tidak perlu mengeluarkan kenyataan untuk mendapatkan "Political Mileage" atau sebarang kenyataan yang boleh memburukkan citra SPRM sendiri.

 

Hanya ALLAH yang mengetahui.

 

SPRM - THE FUTURE OR THE PAST?

Breaking news! Sensational! Ops.. , sorry!, maybe it's a controversial breaking news for this week.

A Press Conference given by one of the senior's officer of SPRM, on the 20/2/2009. Pickup and televised by one of the Malaysia TV's Station, has make me worried. Where is the true bearing of SPRM?

SPRM did claim that they had all the statements ( the evidences ), that one of the Menteri Besar, has indulged in abusing of power. The said Investigation File has been referred to the Attorney General Office for ???? , due to the reason, The said offender is a VIP.

 

Questions :

1. As I recalled, the establishment of the Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission is to be free from all control and monitored by the government directly. A Prosecution's office under the control of a Senior Deputy Prosecutor has been mobilized to address all incoming problems related to a prosecution.
2. With the current attitude. ( A Prosecution need to be referred ), shows that SPRM still not free as it is claimed to be. Malaysian wants SPRM to be freed from all ties and dangled.
3. Where's the commitment of SPRM towards the expectation of the people.
4. Is there a and the right heading in the future for PDRM?
5. Is SPRM still has his power, or all the power has lost all the energy to act bravery?

    

But not before long ago SPRM do make an announcement that they ( The BPR )will rolled over all the barriers, if their hope to becoming a Commission, granted ( The office which will look free from all the ties either is administration or it operational manner ).Is this is the attitude presented by SPRM ?

 

A dot's of a non capability SPRM, to conduct towards the trust given, has shine near the edge of the horizon. Malaysians, should pressured SPRM, now! SPRM should have the looked, to have the courage and the will to carry the trust and the responsibility, to carry out all the prosecution that passed by the prosecution office, after all the evidences gather fulfilled.

 

SPRM do not need the fear to prosecute. Never at anytime conduct a tyranny attitude, just to fill the pride of a ????

 

SPRM, never at any time, giving out statements with a Political Mileage at hand or any sort of gesture that will diminished their image.

ETHICS! DO WE NEED A NEW ONE?

This a translated post that has been published in this blog on the 22 November 2008. Title : " ETIKA, TIDAK PERLU YANG BARU".

And now we started to hear the beating drums all over the air, suggesting that a new ethics should be imposed on all the bloggers from Malaysia. Bloggers seems to write their blogs without any fact and figure, because mostly all bloggers are not a known journalist, and never had gone through any basic training in Journalism. And the need to such act due to a statement passed by somebody, recently. This fellow really does worry that the bloggers might easily influence and manipulated the people (sort of a indoctrinations).

This is my respond to the said statements :

I would like to ask the communities to have their check list on the board, before swallowing everything from a blogger:

1. Do have the time to really identify and know the blogger;
2. Cautiously! Have the understanding to identified the religion preach by the said blogger; how and what he/she practice the said religion. Is there any taunted attitude , that made him/she kept repeating the same sinful act, and he/she always cherished the said manner. And Only ISLAM is divine and truth (The right paths).
3. Find out where does the blogger want to take you on all the blog that he/she has posted, A word of advises; " A true is always the truth, It's doesn't matter how he/she wrote and present it. It's all not about whether the bloggers did achieve to present the correct facts, it's always will come back to the level of a perception and a knowledge base on a reader/surfer.
4. Do have the understanding that every seconds of a Muslims journey in life, they always have to abide by the responsibility and should always have the accountability attitude to ALLAH s.w.t. They can't run away or escaped from the day of the judgments.
5. Remember! Only ALLAH has the power. And ALLAH has determine and specify the role and responsibility of a said individual (Servant). A person has to undergo a trials ( precisely made ), before ALLAH called them back home, for a final judgments.

Bloggers do not need a new ethics. Islam has already set the ethics to all human beings.

Do make sure, which category are you in?

1. Kufur ( A person who against the instruction of ALLAH )
2. Munafiq (whom do believe Islam, but act otherwise )
3. Fasik, (A person who's always does a common wrongdoing )or the
4. Faithful.

And do remember, every human are borne in a natural tendency towards Islam. Where and When he/she came back to Islam, depends on the factors, below:

1. ALLAH Guidance
2. ALLAH blessing
3. Parents
4. Knowledge
5. His or Her surrounding
6. Communities that he or she molded and befriended with.

Repent, Meditate, kneel and bow your head, asking the forgiveness and the grace from ALLAH that governed everything.

Only ALLAH knows.

Nu har världen sett den skandalösa grymheten av zionisten i landet av palestinierna.

 

All över världen, som föraktade denna skandalösa grymhet av ett styre, har och hade organiserat demonstrationer för en gata, med föreställa en anteckning till alla ambassadör av ett conspiratorland.

 

Minns denna sort av grymhet har varat för jumbon 60 år, sedan colonizationen börjar.
