Observer : The Right Owner.

The issue related to the legitimacy of the Perak Government still under the decision of the court. And now the issue of whether the current speaker of the DUN of Perak did have the authority to call upon an emergency conference is widely and openly discuss by the people.

The Malaysian generally and the people of Perak in particular should have their patient tied to their heart over all the issues, and may, the said issues solve with a good faith in hand.

The Tendency of the issue to be played by the player from time to time is unquestionable. The player's mostly the Malaysia Politician have all the appetite to mouth it, never to be disputed. This is the world of the so called the politics. Mostly their goals are to see the people divided, smudging into one and the others, and tend to have the emotion played. (they claimed to be )

My respond to the said issues are:

The power to decide and make decision should be bestowed back to the people. As the people have all the rights to set the course of a country existence and it developments, with a tight terms; the people should have the awareness and the patriotism build solid in their hearts and mind before made any decision related to building up a nation, without it there's no nation to build upon and other related things. The people should/do have to realize that they have to adhere to the trust be given by ALLAH with a responsibility and the accountability, before they have to face the final judgment by ALLAH in his court on the day of the judgment. They have to answer all the time and effort given to them by ALLAH. The trust given should be practices firmly without any compromise.

All the Constitutions (Federal and State) shall be amended or to be restructured again, as to suite up with the AL-Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet either it's to be use as at every decisions made and on any finding related to the governance of a nation or the people.

A Governance System that breath on a particular human beings or things should not to put into practice. Do Remember, that human beings is nothing without the grace and the blessing from ALLAH. Governance system that made the trust and the responsibility towards ALLAH, is the best and the safest methodology. Rasullullah s.a.w has shown and practice it.

The anger of a human beings cannot compare to the anger of ALLAH. Anger from a human being cannot carry anything, but the anger from ALLAH will resulting to the booking of a place in the burning hell.

Islam does provide the guide in life. That's the truth of Islam ( Mostly in every activities carry out by a human beings ). Most of the time, human beings do failed to fulfill, due to the atheism and polytheism towards ALLAH in their activity and time.

The speaker chair should be given back to the people to make the decision to nominate and elect a person to hold the chair with a conditions and guidelines as stipulated by the AL-Quran.
